Current scope of work includes producing projects for:
- A survey company which specializes in producing topographical and measured building surveys.
- An architectural practice where we have been involved in designing a new classroom block for a private school in Surrey, among other smaller projects (mainly residential).
- A multi-disciplinary practice, where we have recently worked in a number of retirement homes within the public sector, producing measured surveys of existing plans along with proposed alterations drawings for planning.
Other Services…
- Measured Surveys - Existing plan information of any building - laser measured with Leica Disto and draughted using AutoCAD.
- Elevations and Sections – These will also be measured and drawn using AutoCAD.
- Planning Applications – Producing Proposals for alterations, extensions, loft conversions for initial planning purposes.
- CAD conversions – convert any scalable drawing into AutoCAD i.e. hand drawn architectural drawings, drainage drawings, M&E drawingsetc. from paper copies into digital AutoCAD dwg file format.
- Lease Plans - Plan information of a property showing Gross Internal Area of the rentable space (as well as volumetric calculations if required).
