Our hosting is based in a secure unit in London Docklands and is protected by numerous fail-safe systems. Having said that, strange things do happen. If there is a power cut between back-ups, the owners of the server centre go bust, or there is some kind of attack – you COULD lose your entire website and all of that precious content you’ve been uploading.
Because of this risk, we strongly suggest to our clients that they take advantage of our backup service.
Either weekly or monthly, we’ll copy your entire website, database and blog and store it off-site.
