We also secure domain names on your behalf through 1&1 Internet. Please enquire for rates.
Additional web space and/or mailboxes are available, please enquire for a price.

support contracts

Very often, you’ll find you need to add email accounts, sub domains, or additional domain
names etc. As well as (hopefully rarely) the odd technical hitch which needs addressing.

You may also use these hours for any looktouchfeel design or marketing service if you wish.

secure backups

Our hosting is based in a secure unit in London Docklands and is protected by numerous fail-safe systems. Having said that, strange things do happen. If there is a power cut between back-ups, the owners of the server centre go bust, or there is some kind of attack – you COULD lose your entire website and all of that precious content you’ve been uploading.

Because of this risk, we strongly suggest to our clients that they take advantage of our backup service.

Either weekly or monthly, we’ll copy your entire website, database and blog and store it off-site.
