All our retained service accounts are led by Ricky O’Neill (that’s me), which means one point of contact, and regular reviews to ensure objectives and targets are being set and met. It also means, there can only be a small number running at any one time (I can’t be everywhere!). Depending on the actual deliverables, we’ll then work as a team to create and implement your projects/campaigns.

on tap:
Bulk-buy up to 50 hours per month to use as you see fit. If you want us to tell you how you should be using them, we can do that too. Your own bolt-on design and marketing team… if you don’t use the hours one month, we’ll roll them over for a month. Commit to 6 months at a time.
day a week:
32 hours per month, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Monthly reviews and targets, and a fully open communications channel to ensure smooth delivery.
monthly strategy day:
Some of you have teams in place to deliver but could benefit from strategic/creative direction on a regular basis to drive those teams. Retain a day a month with looktouchfeel, on a rolling 3 month basis – and we’ll spend the time advising, planning and idea generating to give your projects/campaigns a boost each month.

Evergreen Gallery

LTF has been engaged by Evergreen Gallery to provide ongoing Marketing and Event Management consultancy services. During 2009, LTF will be designing and producing several marketing campaigns and exclusive events, all with a view to driving increased footfall to both the Gallery and its online counterpart (also being designed and produced by LTF).
JR Press

LTF work with JR Press on a long term basis providing consultancy services in both Marketing and Creative. LTF is currently working on a range of marketing initiatives on behalf of JR Press in order to drive the business forwards in 2009.
Case Study: Apple Print Ltd
Background:
LTF has been a client of Appleprint’s for a number of years so there is mutual respect for each other’s skills and teams. Appleprint has widened its services to include Creative and Web and asked Ricky O’Neill (LTF Creative Director) if he would advise and run a series of workshops to prepare the Appleprint team.
Solutions:
We conducted a series of 1:1′s and group discussions with the Appleprint team, all with a view to creating a report complete with recommendations and time and budget plans for the enhancement of both working practices and infrastructure within the Artwork Department.
Results:
Appleprint have been able to offer a range of Creative and Web products and these have been greatly improved by the recommendations implemented from the LTF report. With training from LTF’s technical team on the use and development of web apps, Appleprint can offer a complete web service to it’s clients which is creating more and more revenue streams for the business.
